Our Policies
The best possible effort will be made to have the illustration be as detailed as possible, however
please keep in mind this is a fashion illustration and interpretation, not a traditional portrait. The facial
features, hair and some details will have a stylized look. The goal is to capture the overall look and
feel of the gown itself. Each piece is an original work; no two will be exactly the same. Customer
satisfaction is our top priority and we will do our best to accommodate special requests.
Privacy
We reserve the right to use the final sketch in our marketing materials. We will keep all
personal information about the bride private.
Completion Time
Orders will be started after payment is received and all information is received. If we
feel that we need more information or have any questions, we will contact the point person listed
above. Orders may take between 8-12 weeks to complete, depending on schedule.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. If priority shipping is
preferred, customer will be charged appropriately for any additional cost.
