Are the illustrations only for brides-to-be?
No! Many of our clients are already married, and get this as a memory of their dress even years after their wedding. Husbands, mothers and friends find an All About the Dress illustration to be the perfect gift for the favorite woman in their life!
What is the difference between a fashion illustration and a traditional portrait?
Fashion illustrations are a classically beautiful way of showing off an item of clothing. They are more stylized than a traditional portrait. For example, the facial features will not be "realistic", and the bodies are often slightly elongated. This creates the elegant and 'chic' look of a fashion illustration, and keeps the emphasis on your dress. Angilello's style has a slightly vintage flair, with delicate lines and soft details.
